At Polizhed, our purpose is to ensure your experience exceeds your expectations. Below are our policies that will help our team be able to provide all of our guests with the best service possible while maintaining a high level of professionalism for our company.

Arrival
Please Read:

We do NOT offer artificial services such as, but not limited to dip, acrylic, overlays, etc-nor do we remove gel polish (or any other product) that wasn’t applied by a Polizhed technician. For this we ask that you arrive with your nails clean and ready to be serviced. Failure to arrive (ready to service) will result in your appointment being forfeited and the card on file will be charged 100% of the value of services reserved, and/or any gift card associated with that appointment will count as services rendered. 

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being forfeited and the card on file will be charged 100% of the value of services reserved, and/or any gift card associated with that appointment will count as services rendered. 

Appointment

We highly recommend booking your appointment(s) in advance to ensure availability. When booking, be sure to include all desired services. Last-minute cancellations or modifications to services must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, or this will be considered a same day cancellation.

Payment

Polizhed accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and Cash for purchase of services and our retail.

Booking

A credit card (on file) is required to reserve an appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

No show/same day cancellations, less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the value of services reserved, and/or any gift card associated with that appointment will count as services rendered and forfeited. Note: Consecutive appointment cancellations within a calendar year may result in being unable to reserve future appointments.

Children Policy

For the safety of our guest and team members we do not allow children in the studio unless they are being serviced.

Cell Phone Policy

For the enjoyment of others, we ask that you put your cellular phone ringer on silent/vibrate.

Sickness & Illness Policy
Mask Required

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold i.e. sneezing, coughing, tickle in throat, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule.
